Our story
Built on a simple promise
When Eugene Shem-Tov started Data Trust Co in 1996, too many businesses were stuck with IT support that was slow to respond, hard to understand and quick to send an invoice. He set out to build something different: a company that treats clients’ technology as if it were its own.
Technology has changed enormously since then, from on-premises servers to the cloud, from desk phones to softphones, and from viruses to ransomware gangs. Our approach hasn’t. We keep systems healthy before they fail, we explain things in plain language, and we take responsibility for the outcome.
